I kick started my career in the Fitness Industry with large gym chains in Luton and London. My passion for new challenges in Athletics, Body Sculpting, Nutrition and the innovative world of creative fitness classes hitting the industry inspired me to want to improve the lives of others by training, coaching, educating and motivating people to go beyond their perceived goals and maintain the body and lifestyle they desire.

Product: 6 week Personal Training Package - 1 hour sessions 3 x per week £449.00
What’s involved: Personalised training and nutrition plan following the results of the consultation. Assessments carried out at the beginning and end of the 6 week period. Daily motivation and coaching

Product: 12 week Body Transformation Package - £720.00
What’s involved: Personalised training and nutrition plan following results of the consultation. 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week. 4 weekly assessments & goal setting. Daily motivation and coaching.

Product: Half Hour express training sessions - £35.00
What’s Involved: Half hour intense session working on specific areas.

Product: Group Training 1 hour session - £45.00
What’s Involved: Fun Training sessions for all fitness goals; Strength, weight loss, improve fitness, flexibility, functional training, event training.

Consultation: 45 minutes to 1 hour session - Free
What’s Involved: Initial meet prior to personal training to gather information for assessment; measurements, body composition, blood pressure and resting heart rate, fitness levels and background, health questionnaire. Discussion of goals and expectations of Personal Trainer and expectations of client.
